I only have 3 blu ray discs, (simpsons movie, pixar short films collection vol 1 and juno). I’m still waiting for Juno, takes about one week to arrive in Australia (love my region A player) so I don’t really know.
But from what I’ve heard
Cars, Casino Royale, I am Legend, Planet Earth: Complete BBC Series, 2001 a space odessey.
Current Blu Ray movies should ALL look pretty darn good, providing you have a good 1080P HDTV setup…On older TV’s like 1080i HD, it will be slightly less sharp…The price of Blu Ray DVD’s should come down soon, hopefully. There are not that many, and at $30.00 a pop, they are not flying off the shelves.!! At least, you can get a good Blu Ray player now for around $399.00
This is just of the movies I have:
Animated – Cars; Ice Age-Meltdown; Ratatouille
Live Action – Casino Royale; 3:10 to Yuma (there are others that are damn nice looking but these are my top two. So far I only have 28 blu-ray movies, but this is the cream of the crop from what I have).
